Responsibilities 

  • Business Development / Customer Acquisition. 
  • Consistently increase revenue through the acquisition of new staffing, digital, and infrastructure business. 
  • Sustain a healthy new business pipeline through consistent prospecting, and lead qualification 
  • Originate the customer journey, taking the first step to developing customer advocates. 
  • Research and identify potential new business opportunities and develop relationships with customers. 
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective stakeholders and key decision makers. 
  • Initiate ideas for innovation based on feedback gathered from prospecting and overall market awareness 
  • Define a plan and collaborate with marketing to execute market strategy to drive lead generation. 
  • Prepare and maintain timely and accurate reports for sales forecasts, account status, and lead generation. 
  • Personal Accountability & Development. 
  • Commit to continuous learning and development of personal sales skills working towards mastery. 
  • Allocate time effectively and prioritize sales opportunities astutely with minimal oversight. 

Qualification & Skills 

  •  5+ years of professional sales experience. 
  • 3+ years’ prior industry related business development experience within cyber security. 
  •  Bachelor’s degree required in a related field. 
  •   Strong organizational, relationships building, communication, and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 
  •  Ability to work well independently and build relationships with other departments and segments to accomplish objectives. 
  •  Highly motivated self-starter. 
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies 
  • Focused and goal-oriented 
  •  Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 
  •  Flexible with the ability to manage change and meet deadlines. 

Primary Location: Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh 

Working Time:  08:00 AM to 5 PM CST 

Weekend: Saturday and Sunday 

Employee Status: Full-time (40 hours per week) 

Starting Date: Immediately 

Compensation 

  • Compensation salary: Industry standard + Monthly Performance Bonus + Commission
